Shropshire Star photo shoot
Hi peeps. Just to let you know we (Dan and Jinx) met up with a Shropshire Star reporter today and had a few photos and some details about the club and the Bustypes show taken down for a feature in the Shropshire Star (poss going out on Monday)
So keep your eyes open.
Also, they are heading up to the Oswestry show ground on Saturday for club shot so make sure you have had a shower!

We've had confirmation that the club tee shirts will be ready for the Bustypes show
So pop and see Jinx or Dan from Friday afternoon onwards.

DUBtypes meet is now moving.
Hello to you all. After 12 months of Thursday night Karaoke we have all had enough!!
We sent out a questionnaire to find out what you all thought about the club and the meeting. So after reading all the returned questionnaires it looks as though a Wednesday night slot looks like a winner and according to you lot you want to see more of us!?!?!
So write it on the back of your hand as of May 2006 the DUBtypes VW club will now run on the first and third Wednesday of each month. The meeting time will stay the same 8pm.
A massive thank you to you all who took part and took the time in filling out the questionnaire, as for the people who still have not had chance to fill the questionnaire, don't through it away we still need to know what you think about the club and the way it is run.
thanks very much and I hope to see you all on Wednesday the third of May for the all new quieter meet.

Bustypes swap meet
At last months meet, myself, jinx and Youngster had a natter about having a stall running along side our club camping at Bustypes to rasie a few £££ for the club funds.
so if you have any VW spares etc, that you would like to donate to the club, let us know, maybe pop down what you have to donate on here and we can get an idea of how big a space we need to leave!
i've got a few parts for a splitty that i will donate and i'll have a look in my lock-up this weekend and see what i could do with shifting.

We do not normally offer Club Camping Plots, but what we do say is if you have members turn up earlier than others then they can spread out a bit, saving space for any late comers. If Club Camping Plots become available at a later date, then I will let you know
If you wish to have a Club Display on the Saturday & Sunday (or both) in the Main Arena then just complete the attached Club Display Booking Form to reserve your space.
We have an Advanced Ticket rate of £12.00 for an Adult Weekend Ticket, but if you book 10 or more Adult Tickets then I will reduce it down to £11.00 each. (Gate price for the weekend is £15!)
I have also attached an Advanced Ticket Booking Form.

You should get the best camping spot seeing you only live down the road!!
